Meet Nick Gardner

Serious technique. A generous table.

Nick brings more than two decades in professional kitchens to Sticks Curated. His approach combines refined technique with food that feels natural in its setting, whether that is an elegant multi-course dinner or a relaxed shared feast.

His experience includes Quay and Tetsuya's in Australia, alongside Michelin-starred kitchens in Europe and the United States. He received the Good Food Guide Josephine Pignolet Young Chef of the Year award in 2013.

Nick later spent seven years running a deli, restaurant and wine bar in Kangaroo Valley with his wife, before moving into winemaking at Campbells Wines in Rutherglen. That background gives him a particularly strong instinct for food, wine and hospitality as one complete experience.
